Delete your ViralMotion account
You can request deletion here without reinstalling the app or signing in.
Send a deletion request
Email erdovasuupport@hotmail.com from the address associated with your ViralMotion account. Use the subject ViralMotion account deletion. We verify account ownership before deleting data. Do not send your password, ID documents or payment-card details.
This button opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request. We respond within 30 days and explain any ownership check or pending cleanup.
Delete in the app
Open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation. A guest account can use this in-app route.
What is deleted
Your account and profile, uploaded photos, generated videos, thumbnails and ordinary generation history are removed. Access to unused credits is lost after deletion.
What may be retained
Minimal purchase records needed for legal obligations or to prevent the same payment being redeemed twice may remain. These records do not include your photos, videos, email or payment-card details. See the privacy policy for details. Pending processing and storage cleanup may need to finish before deletion is complete.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play subscriptions to prevent future renewal charges. Google Play refund policies and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
