ViralMotion Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Erdem Yıldırım, operating under the ERDOVA brand ("ViralMotion", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not use ViralMotion. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Contact: erdovasuupport@hotmail.com.
1. What ViralMotion does
You upload a photo, choose an effect, and we generate a short video from it using AI models run by third parties. Results are probabilistic: the same photo and effect will not produce the same video twice, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
2. Your photos and the people in them
This is the most important section. Read it.
You may only upload a photo if you have the right to. That means it is a photo of you, or a photo of someone who has given you permission to make an AI video of them, or a photo you otherwise own the rights to.
You may not upload a photo of anyone under 18. The app generates videos of faces, and we do not allow that to be done with a child's face for any reason.
You may not upload a photo of a public figure, a celebrity, or anyone else, in order to make it look like they did or said something. You may not use ViralMotion to create material that is sexual, that harasses or defames someone, that impersonates someone, or that is illegal where you are.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate. You give us permission to store them and to send them to our AI provider, purely so we can make your video. We do not use your photos or videos to train models, and we do not use them to promote ViralMotion unless you explicitly tell us we may.
If you break this section we may remove the content and suspend or close your account, subject to applicable law and store refund policies.
3. Credits, and what happens to them
ViralMotion runs on credits. Generating a video costs credits — how many depends on the effect, and the price is shown before you spend it.
- Credits are deducted when a generation starts, not when it finishes.
- If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically. You do not have to ask.
- A successfully generated video consumes the stated credits. A preference for a different creative result does not automatically trigger a credit refund. Report technical faults from the result screen or contact support. Google Play refund policies and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and expire when your account is deleted.
- Generation is subject to the daily limits and service availability shown in the app. If a request cannot be accepted, no new generation charge should be retained; contact support if your balance does not recover after a failure.
4. Subscriptions
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play, on the terms shown on the purchase screen. Pro provides the credit allowance stated for the purchased plan. It does not promise an exclusive effect catalogue. A monthly allowance is added once per verified paid billing period; a failed or pending renewal does not create another allowance. Legacy annual plans retain their original paid-term installment schedule.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal, according to the date and terms shown by Google Play.
- Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions, not in ViralMotion — we cannot cancel it for you.
- Credits already added to your account remain in your balance until spent or your account is deleted. They are not reset at the start of a calendar month.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro status ends when the paid entitlement expires. Buying a credit pack does not itself grant a Pro subscription.
Refunds for store purchases are handled by Google under its policies, not by us.
5. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. A guest account lives on one device and is lost if you delete the app without creating a real account — including any credits in it.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, attempts to abuse the credit system, or tries to get around the limits described above.
6. Availability
We will try to keep ViralMotion working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. AI providers go down, models change, and effects that work today may stop working. We may add, change or remove effects at any time.
7. Reporting content
If a video made with ViralMotion uses your likeness without your permission, or you believe content breaks section 2, contact us at erdovasuupport@hotmail.com with enough detail to identify it. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms. You do not need a ViralMotion account to report something.
8. Liability
ViralMotion is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
9. Governing law
Applicable law determines the law and courts governing a dispute. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have to the protection of mandatory consumer law or to bring a claim in the courts available to you under that law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use ViralMotion after that means you accept the new version.
